When I had back problems last year, our fitness trainer Irina showed me a few exercises to help improve my posture. After just a few days, my problems simply disappeared.
Get active with a group. Irina, our qualified health and fitness trainer takes you through a varied weekly programme of activities: morning gymnastics, hatha yoga, water aerobics, fitness, thighs-belly-butt workout, stretching, pilates, gymnastics with the Pezzi ball, spinal gymnastics, back health and posture training, balance and coordination training, as well as pelvis, foot and vein gymnastics all take place inside the hotel or outdoors depending on the weather.
Workout with a view: a small gym area with a multi-gym, free weights and cardio equipment (exercise bike, crosstrainer and treadmill) are available for individual training.
Table tennis tables are available at the beach and in the hotel. The loan of paddles is free of charge for guests. During our Table Tennis Week in July, the table tennis master Peter Eckel gives lessons and practice sessions for beginners and advanced players.
