From the raw ingredients to the guest's gourmet experience. That's why our cuisine is colourful, it's fresh, and much of it comes directly from local farmers. Fresh lettuce hearts are paired with crunchy vegetables and Carinthian steaks with freshly caught lake fish. To top it off, a fine apple strudel ice cream from our grandmother's recipe book. With baked apple rings and cinnamon. Who'd like a slice?

The dedication that our chef Peter Brandstätter and his crew put into the nuances and seasoning. The passion that runs from the flambéing of the prawns to the finishing of the delicious salad creations by our senior chef Peter Melcher. The highlight, as always, is the tomahawk steak roasted just perfectly and refined with herbs, served by our service manager Franz Egger himself, naturally accompanied by a wonderfully matched red wine.

Quietly, Tuscany comes to the table, just before Bordeaux pushes itself to the fore. And still, the French have even more in store. The citrus notes of Chablis and the cranberry nuances of Cabernet Sauvignon are beguiling. That's until Italy speaks up again with a heavy, velvety Amarone - and finally the sweet wine from Austria rounds off the bouquet.
